Roadkill Bill

Carbusters's second book, "Roadkill Bill" by Ken Avidor, is "a comic strip on cars, technology and philosophy from the viewpoint of a frequently squashed rodent." Avidor gives voice to the suffering soul of humanity that feels bulldozed and paved over by industrial technology run amok. You may have already seen some of the strips in Carbusters magazine (that is, if you've been paying attention), on the Roadkill Bill web site, or if you're from Minneapolis, every week in Pulse of the Twin Cities. But the book will collect these strips together for the first time.

CARtoons

by Andy Singer, 2001, 100 pages, optional CD-ROM contains high-resolution TIF images of all graphics.

CARtoons is a 100-page book by Andy Singer. It looks at the impact of automobiles on American Society and the world. It features over 85 of Singer's cartoons and illustrations, as well as facts, figures, resources and a foreword by Jane Holtz Kay (author of Asphalt Nation). The images in it may be freely reproduced for the non-profit use of individuals or groups fighting cars. For this purpose, it comes with an optional CD-ROM containing all of the images in the book (and more) in 600-dpi, TIF format.
