Prostřednictvím portálu Carbusters.org, časopisu Carbusters, a Carbusters infocentra se snažíme zprostředkovávat výměnu zkušností, znalostí i materiálů mezi aktivisty a organizátory kampaní, motivovat je ke spolupráci, inspirovat nové aktivisty a informovat a podněcovat širokou veřejnost k rozvoji pozitivních alternativ k automobilismu. Broadband Environmental TV

Green TV, a broadband TV station dedicated to providing a platform and audience for films about environmental matters, has recently been launched in partnership with UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme). Green TV is not-for-profit organisation with over 200 films available. Check it out at www.green.tv.

Buddhist Monk Calls for Weekly "No Car Day"

Thich Nhat Hanh, the Vietnamese Zen Master and peace activist, has called upon UNESCO to support a "No Car Day." Members of his Plum Village practice centers have already committed themselves to observe a weekly “no car day” when they will not use motor vehicles. They are encouraging others to make a similar commitment and to let them know about it by signing a petition of support.
